Shipping, RTO & Re-delivery Policy
Customers are requested to enter complete and accurate shipping details (Full Address, Landmark, Contact Number, Pincode) at the time of placing the order.
In case an order is returned (RTO - Return to Origin) due to:
- Incomplete / incorrect address
- Customer not reachable
- Order not accepted by customer
The responsibility lies with the customer.
For Prepaid Orders:
We provide free delivery only for the first attempt.
If the parcel is returned due to the above reasons, re-shipping charges + RTO charges will be applicable and must be paid by the customer before re-dispatch.
The brand reserves the right to cancel the order if the customer refuses to pay re-shipping/RTO charges.

We are a small business, and such losses directly impact us. We request all customers to double-check their address details before placing an order.
