Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At The Lifting Club (TLC), every product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. As a brand focused on quality and hygiene, we follow a strict no-refund policy, with limited exceptions outlined below.


No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or reimbursements once an order has been placed and delivered.
Refunds will be provided only if:
The product received is defective, or
There is a fault or error from our end (wrong item, damaged product, manufacturing defect)
In such cases, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos for verification.
Once approved, the refund will be processed using the original mode of payment.


Exchange Policy (Size Exchange Only)
We allow size exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel
The product must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition with tags and packaging intact
Size exchanges are subject to availability of stock
Delivery Charges
A delivery / exchange shipping fee will be charged
The fee depends on your delivery location and will be communicated at the time of exchange
⚠️ After 7 days from delivery, we will not be able to process any exchange requests.


Return for Store Credit
If you wish to return a product (for reasons other than defect), we do not issue refunds, but we offer store credit under the following terms:
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Store credit will be issued for the product value only
Store credit can be used to:
Purchase any other item currently in stock of the same value, or
Purchase a higher-value product by paying the difference
Return Shipping Charges
A return shipping fee will be charged for sending the product back
Shipping charges are non-refundable


Important Conditions
Returns or exchanges are accepted only once per order
Products showing signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted
Items purchased during sales, discounts, or special drops may not be eligible for exchange or return unless defective
Final approval for any return or exchange lies with The Lifting Club
